I had the best massage I’ve had in anchorage here. I could have sworn she said her name was yaya but after checking reviews maybe it was Anna. Anyway I got a 60m massage with hot stones+towels and back walking and she was very thorough to focus on nerves and pressure points. I have a really bad back and she found all the knots and worked on them without causing immense pain(we’ve all had a massage where you suffer in silence a bit I think haha). Horrible experience. Asked me to pay first before giving a massage and the massage itself was horrible. Ended up paying at the end and handed them a $100 bill for my $70 massage and never gave me my change back just immediately thought I gave $30 as a tip. When I asked for my change they asked how much I was going to tip and I said $10 then the couple proceeded to say “Don’t come back here ever again” Horrible customer experience and I should’ve took the tip back.
I wish i could give something LESS than 1 star. This was the WORST massage ive ever got in my life. FIRST I HAD TO PREPAY AND TIP BEFORE I RECIVED A SERVICE (WHICH SHOULDVE BEEN THE FIRS RED FLAG) .The lady never told me her name. When I got on the table and she put the stones on me (Ive had stones before and love them) but this time they were so HOT and I told her that and she still put them on.
