During my stay in Bay City, I have been to Blue Ocean many time. I must say that all of them are very warm and treats customers with professionally. Food quality is very good, specially Cheeseburger which was my favourite. Also, restaurent was kept clean all the time. I recommend anyone in Bay City area to visit Blue Ocean.

Food tasted fine, but took forever to get to us. 3 people and I was the only one with a meal they only had side orders. Potato was cold. Sweet tea was good.
I enjoy their poboy sandwiches. But the frys are generally undercooked. Their dinners are flavorful... but lacking in portion. Service staff was pleasant but could use a bit more training.
Can't complain...burgers are bomb.. 💖
