I called in December 2023 to get a procedure similar to EMatrix that builds collagen and that would be covered by insurance. Office girl said they have a similar procedure and that it would be covered by my insurance because I had a precancerous lesion removed on my face. Appointment was made with Dr. Levine. Seems to be a very unprofessional and possibly shady business. I called in December about getting a treatment like EMatrix on my face that helps build collagen. If I could give this office practice a 0 stars I would. I've seen 2 doctors and they were nice. However, the office staff lacks knowledge of training as well as billing training. I requested an appontment to have my ear lobes fixed and because I have over 25 years of medical background in insurance I knew this was a cosmetic procedure. The office staff told me they only accepted insurance which I thought was odd. It took 2 months and 2 cancelled appointments to finally get seen.
