Hey Blue Ocean. I have some serious concerns for your company and investors. First its been 2 years since air conditioning worked at your 1726 Reisterstown Rd office building. When is this going to get fixed? Because you guys never fixed this problem the ac unit pipes burst last winter and flooded the building. Your people keep saying 2 weeks...its been 2 years and your own employees are saying its the owners and investors fault. How come when your sales representative for this location neglects to mention the ac and heating... read more
Negative 10⭐ A roach motel terrible maintenance and people living in the laundry rooms
If I could give zero stars I would....small business owner and company refuses to pay their invoices. Would urge any contractor to be aware before entering a business deal with Blue Ocean.
