Everything was great. Chicken was fresh, juicy, perfectly smoked and seasoned. The sauce was the right mix of sweet and tangy, complemented things nicely. Ribs were tender, sauce cooked on, nice. Beans were really good, had some chicken in there. Ginger slaw was good, mayo based, vinegar, familiar, but with a slight twist. Enjoyed it. Try the sausage. The heat is there, hanging in the back, then all the sudden, hello! Addictive. Blue Oak BBQ, I hope to be back soon.
