Usually they are good. But I had a root canal they sent me for then schedule appointment for cap 2weeks in advance and the office sure sent me tons of emails and texts to do their paperwork but an hour before my appointment today they called to tell me THEY NEVER SENT THE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FOR INSURANCE TO APPROVE TO PAY FOR IT. So now due to their mistakes I have to go without a cap til they get the authorization , or I can pay out of my own pocket!
