The experience with Blue Nile both online and in the showroom was amazing. The experience using the creative studio was incredible. I built the ring I wanted. The customer service reps in the showroom were very helpful and provided the expertise that enabled me to build the dream diamond for my fiancé. Courtney was especially helpful. She even called me to see how the engagement dinner went. I would recommend Blue Nile for anyone interested in learning more about diamonds and creating a customized ring.

Ulises at Blue Nile Jewelry Store was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. I really wanted to like Blue Nile, but my experience was quite disappointing mainly due to 1) the abysmal quality of the diamonds for the first pair we received, 2) Vicki at the store was quite rude, I would’ve spent more with her if she was a kinder salesperson, and 3) minimal inventory in store (I’d recommend going to another diamond store for last minute purchases).
