I really wanted to like Blue Nile, but my experience was quite disappointing mainly due to 1) the abysmal quality of the diamonds for the first pair we received, 2) Vicki at the store was quite rude, I would’ve spent more with her if she was a kinder salesperson, and 3) minimal inventory in store (I’d recommend going to another diamond store for last minute purchases). Total lack of professionalism and zero sensitivity Our experience was honestly frustrating and deeply disappointing. We went in excited to look for an engagement ring, and the service we received was the complete opposite of what you'd expect for such a meaningful occasion.
