I had an excellent experience recently with the Blue Nile shop at Somerset Mall, Troy, Michigan. I was looking for a very specific piece and they were able to get it for me within 48 hours! The staff were incredibly kind, courteous, informed and they offered me an amazing deal to make it feasible for me. I would highly recommend the team and Tatum VanDommelen in particular. Vickie was amazing to work with! She took the time to truly get to know my partner and I, and found us a beautiful set of engagement rings and wedding bands that match our style perfectly. The pricing was competitive and we are very happy with the quality of the rings so far. Jacalyn was very nice, helpful and informative during my visit and purchase of my gemstone. Was even more excited when she was there at the time I picked it up and she could see it with me! Was an absolute pleasure to work with her for the item I received. Thank you so much!

Sales associate was extremely rude. Went in and was looking to see if they had a ring I had ordered online so I could see it in person. When I asked, I was blankly stared at and was told that it’s a show room and they have nothing like that in store in a very degrading tone. I don’t care that I couldn’t see it obviously, because I already purchased it, but speaking in such a rude tone is extremely off putting, so much so that I will never return to this location.
