We could not have asked for a better experience in picking out an engagement ring. I went in with a rough idea of what I wanted but Alaa really helped with narrowing it down and showing me every possible variation I could’ve wanted. We had a lot of questions and he was knowledgeable and personable through the entire appointment. I would highly recommend!
Service seems to be a mixed bag. At my last visit I was greeted and helped by a very professional, amiable and knowledgeable jeweler. The time before that the person behind the counter was pretentious which is just disgusting behavior no matter your socioeconomic status. But I digress. Given the selection, quality and value, BN is a great place to stock up on capsule jewelry pieces.
