The wife and I have been Blue Nile customers for many years on-line. This was the first time we have stopped in at a store. Alaa Turkmani was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the process of selecting a diamond. I highly would recommend if your in the market for the perfect diamond ring to stop by the Blue Nile Store and have a wonderful conversation with Alaa.
Reina Haddad was wonderful! We gave her an idea of what we were looking for and she helped us find the perfect wedding set and helped us stay under budget. I had a lot of questions and she is extremely knowledgeable and answered everything, and she had a good eye for taste and style while matching what we wanted in the jewelry. My partner and I were nervous going into a brick and mortar store, but we ended up feeling comfortable the entire time and would go back again.
Staff is great. I appreciate that they have a physical store aside from online. My engagement ring was purchased here. The reason for 3 stars is only because it takes on average 6 weeks to get a purchased piece of jewelry fixed, as it gets sent out. I’ve had 2 issues worked on + sizing done. Since getting the ring, 10 months ago, I was without it for almost 4 months .
