I placed order with Michael Tripp on August 27th. My order value was more than $8,000. I was promised ring would be delivered on 15th or 16th of September. And guess what? Today is September 19th and it't not even finished yet. Not to mention that I was trying to contact via email, phone, and even in person and got the same promise "We will escalate your order.", "Don't worry you will receive it on time."
