I went into the store on a whim to look at diamond studs, it was such a pleasure to work with Emely. I learned so much from her and she helped me quickly narrow down what I was looking for. Super low pressure sale she was just informative and helpful! Would recommend stopping into blue nile and working with Emely!

Very disappointed that I chose Blue Nile to upgrade my engagement ring. While the store personnel were kind and helpful, the company as a whole has terrible service and reliability. I ordered a custom engagement and made arrangements to be available the day after the estimated ship date. I called them multiple times because I did not see any updates on the website. Then on the actual ship date, finally someone at the store told me that they had never received the diamond in the first place and do not have a ring to ship out.... read more

Simply put, Emely delivered one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. She was super knowledgeable and gave her input on the style of the engagement ring. The final product literally took my breath away, and that of my fiance. Above all else Emely is so pleasant and a true pleasure to work with.
