We were looking for a delicate, stackable band with a specific design. Other stores we tried only had larger statement pieces. Blue Nile had a nice selection of rings that met our criteria. Best of all, though, was the customer service. Xiara was delightful, offering suggestions and options until we found the perfect ring.
Xiara at Blue Nile Short Hills made finding our wedding bands easy and enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful, and there was zero pressure the entire time. She answered every question and helped us land on rings we both love. Highly recommend asking for her!

Extremely disappointed with Blue Nile jewelry and their lack of customer care. My husband recently purchased a necklace for me as a special gift. I was thrilled, but after wearing it exactly THREE times, the piece broke. When we reached out to customer service, expecting them to stand behind the quality of their product, we were shocked to be hit with a $165 repair fee.
