We arrived around 5pm at Saturday. A middle age Indian male clerk served us. He was so rude and showed no respect. We were shopping for a product worth thousands but he made us feel like we were asking for a 10 bucks thing. He asked me multiple times “are you ready to order?”- I don’t understand why he asked such a stupid question made us so uncomfortable. He rejected to let us retry ring that we had tried once before. The Sales person - Virendra Shah was amazing - he explained us all the details of diamond, the ring and thr entire peocess. It was a different experience. Thank you Blue Nile - I was about to make a great decision for my wife’s ring.
Starting my marriage journey, I was very nervous in selecting a ring. I was intimidated by all the options and lack of knowledge when it comes jewelry. The staff at Blue Nile made me feel comfortable in the process. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I felt at ease when working with the staff and when I left the store I felt over confident in the ring we chose. 10/10 recommend!
We worked with Lianna from day one and she's amazing! No push, no frills and we happily ordered our engagement rings! We will come back to buy stacking ring as well from her!
