Wow ! Blue Nile really did there big one for me. I got custom engagement ring done with them, and me being in my early 20s this is the first time I’ve done this before. Services were amazing I never had to wait long to get any help. I am so impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that this store team has. I was greeted with energy and enthusiasm, I was looking for a ring for my girlfriend and they designed exactly what I wanted. I was worried that it would take too long but they were assuring me that their quality of work is worth waiting. It didn’t take long at all!! Thank you Blue Line!!!

Drove 45 mins with my fiancé to look at wedding bands. He’d gotten my engagement ring there so we wanted to go back for wedding bands. The whole thing was super rushed, the ladies working were nice enough but acted like they had other things to be doing even though we were the only ones in the store. I wish it would have gone better and we would have been given more time/opportunity to figure out what I wanted. We will be looking at local, small jewelers instead now.
