Warmly welcomed by friendly, patient, and knowledgeable staff. Asha assisted me and I didn’t feel at all pressured. She and the other staff patiently answered all my questions and educated me about the jewels, how pricing is done, how quality is measured, financing, and pros and cons of the different metals. The “No pressure for a sale” feel even extended to when I left without buying. Had a great experience at Blue Nile thanks to Michelle’s kindness and support. She was patient and accommodating - helped us when we were indecisive and had ring size issues. Ryan was also always available, happy to help, and had the most positive attitude. Overall made you feel welcomed & wanted. Will def go back to this store specifically.
