The purchase 6 mm Platinum band and the person who helped me out suggested I get a larger size. Initially pushed back but they were insistent that I would need more room. Keep in mind this was the summer and she was telling me that my fingers would continue to increase. Delayed delivery poor customer service experience The salesperson was very kind during the purchase and initially committed to having the order ready by December 23rd. On that day, I was informed there was an issue with UPS and was asked to return on the 24th, with the assurance that the order would arrive without fail. There’s an ease to how everything operates here. The pacing feels right, the environment stays relaxed, and nothing feels out of place. Staff presence feels professional without being intrusive, which adds to the overall comfort. It’s a space that feels easy to spend time in without feeling drained.
The woman (Dana or Donna) who assisted my mother was rude, unprofessional, and I've never had such poor service. The manager at least had some decorum... but TBH I'd never recommend this store to anybody who may actually care about how customers are treated. Go to Tiffany's!! Or Jared's! Anywhere but here!
