Extremely disappointing experience at the Blue Nile Tysons Corner location. My fiancé and I made a 2:30 PM appointment specifically to look at wedding bands. When I booked it, I included notes with the exact rings I wanted to try, and I also confirmed those styles by email with an employee beforehand.
