Rented from them. Not too bad, however after unit was sold… moved out as per instructions. Place was spotless but I missed one spot in bathrrom and they took &600 out of my bond becoase the place hadn’t been cleaned according to them. The property managers are unprofessional. They claimed items of wear and tear to be our fault when the property was old and worn out especially in the bathrooms and outdoor areas. For example the bathrooms having no exhaust fans which caused layers of thick mould to build up, despite the windows in the bathrooms not having fly screens. So we installed an exhaust fan at our expense, broken shower head which we replaced at our expense. The worst
🛑 think will before you rent buy or let them manage your property as they are the worst real estate agency ever, third world staff, unprofessional, and delayed on everything, if you renting they will accuse you for breaking or damaging the property and no matter what you do they will loot more money from you and delay or cut from your bond and if you own the place BE CAREFUL as the will try to convince you that they are professional to get higher rates from you. My advice to you, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM Saesar👎🏻
