Every time I phone in order for pick up, it's never ready in time. If fact, they don't prepare it until i arrive. Last time I had to wait a total of 45 min for a California roll. Happened at least 10 times to me at lunch. It's next to my work but I guess I'm never going back. And they always give you a sorry excuse. I'm so disappointed Parking sucks Service terrible
I go here because the food is good, but my husband hates it because the service is always slow and not very friendly. Tonight we ordered to pick up because we didn't want to wait, but it turned out we waited an hour for the food anyways and even after that, they still messed up on the order. I won't be going back there anytime soon.
