Very disappointing experience. I’ve worked in customer service for over a decade, and the lack of professionalism here was obvious. My mother and I came in for full sets, and while there were kids running around loudly laughing and screaming, my mother was told to get off her phone mind even though she was quietly using AirPods and not disturbing anyone. Horrible service don’t waste your money here.
Do not come here. They do your nails super cheap and thin so you have to come back sooner and will not correct their mistakes. They use cheap products that burn and improperly take your nails off. It’s sad because they used to be good but they lost a customer with me.
