This experience was just terrible! When I first walked in, the door was open and there were flies everywhere. There was even a guy sitting on one of the pedicure seats just swatting at the flies. My cuticles were UNTOUCHED. I had to keep telling the guy to cut the dead skin. I might as well have done the job myself. After filing I wasn’t even told to go wash my hands or even after the acrylic was applied! He just kept painting over the dust. The guy also dropped his tools after using them harshly on my nails. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT recommend at all. Complete waste of money. Did not clean cuticles. Forget cleaning them, they weren’t even touched. Had to ask several times to cut my nails down and make them even. Didn’t exfoliate dead skin or my callous at all for the pedicure and the manicure? I paid money to get my nails painted that my 5 year old niece could have done a better job at. Again, there was no soaking for the manicure or any cuticle cutting.
Long wait times and prices were absurd. $50 for an acrylic FILL-IN!? In this economy I would suggest finding someplace more affordable. The work was also mediocre, absolutely not worth the overpriced $50.

One of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve had. After only a week and a few days, multiple nails started breaking and lifting, which clearly shows poor quality work. When I went back to explain the issue, instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me and asked why I didn’t come back the same day. Very rude attitude and unprofessional customer service.
