One of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve had. After only a week and a few days, multiple nails started breaking and lifting, which clearly shows poor quality work. When I went back to explain the issue, instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me and asked why I didn’t come back the same day. Very rude attitude and unprofessional customer service. Very disappointing experience. I’ve worked in customer service for over a decade, and the lack of professionalism here was obvious. My mother and I came in for full sets, and while there were kids running around loudly laughing and screaming, my mother was told to get off her phone mind even though she was quietly using AirPods and not disturbing anyone.
