This was my first time coming here, and honestly I feel like I was overcharged. I arrived about an hour before closing, so I’m not sure if that affected the service, but I paid $125 for a nail overlay with cat eye gel polish and a gel pedicure. That’s usually what I pay for a full set of medium-length nails plus a pedicure, so the price didn’t feel justified. On top of that, the quality of the pedicure was disappointing. Came in today as a new customer and requested Danny. My nails came out perfect! The shape, color, and design were exactly what I asked for. I will be back for my next set! Very happy!
bad service and bad customer service
I walked in without an appointment hoping they had some availability for a fill. They were able to help me after only a few minutes wait. I wanted to find a local nail shop that I can frequent. Unfortunately I'm not sure this is the place for me. The person that helped me was nice, but I don't think they are very experienced with nails and I knew as soon as they started that it wasn't going to be a great outcome.
