I made an appointment for a full set and pedicure at 12.15 and confirmed over the phone that I would be assist me at the same time. The girl who did my pedicure was very sweet and did a great job but I kept waiting for my nails to be done! The attitude of the other technicians was very rude! And when I asked confronted the manager, she said it was her fault that she couldn’t convey the msg to the technician. Which is not my fault! I have been their loyal customer since day 1.
