Psychologist Alex Ritchie was having her sessions whilst shopping, phone would constantly drop out and a huge chunk of therapy would be missed. Paperwork was never in time and when I stopped wanting to see her she charged me for 7 extra sessions that never happened. I now have to go through victims services as I’m a survivor of domestic violence and Alex Ritchie has taken advantage of my situation. I have been seeing Tony for a while now and he has been a massive help for me, he as a great way of breaking things down and getting his patients to see a bigger picture. I honestly don’t mind the drive it is a peaceful drive to and from the clinic and allows you to clear your head and know what you want to talk about Would highly recommend this team
