Usually really good service here but today I got a call saying that I'd excepted a change in times for an appointment for my Mum. I had not, I had received a call previously from Norwest Private Hospital asking if my Mum would be still attending. So we had immediately leave the house for Mum's appointment. Disappointed that the reception can't keep their times straight.
