I too have never used this service. But one of your guys drives like an animal....between speeding, excessive tailgating and trying to cut in between me and another vehicle just to try and pass us. There wasn't very much space in between us! Very Unnecessary and dangerous!
I have not used this service, but had the unfortunate experience of being on the same road as one of their drivers. He raced to pass a line of cars (including mine) by illegally using a turn lane (where he did not turn) and tried to run me off the road just so he could get a block ahead to make his turn. This was in a residential/school neighborhood. I tried to email the company but received no response.
