We just moved to Blackfoot and purchased a storage unit love to know our stuff is safe
I've been with Blue Mountain for a number of years and moved out today due to moving to Pocatello. This place is the best! I loved the security of the gate and cameras on the grounds. Everyone was easy to work with. By far, the convenience of paying online was a slam dunk and what sold me on this place initially! Highly recommend!
Storage unit worked well as intended, safe and secure. Prices are some of the best in town. Here's the bad part of Blue mountain storage, I notified the manager I was leaving 15 days before I moved out and was instructed by the manager to send a photo of the cleaned out unit when I'm moved out. The day after my move out, I get an email saying I have an outstanding balance and need to pay it even though I followed their instructions and had a credit on my account the day I moved out.
