They recked my whole vacation. The pool is in the middle of the lobby so the whole place smells like chemicals. It was so bad in our room we couldn't stay their. They didn't give us a refund and my entire birthday trip was canceled because it was labor day weekend and everyone was booked. I had a babysitter for 3 days and nights for a 2yr 1yr and 3month old. Do you know how hard it is to get that? Never stay here unless you want to dump your money down the drain.

This resort is awful. Just try to contact someone there. It doesn't happen, whether by phone or email. Even the front desk personnel of the resort at the Lift Lodge says that they have numerous complaints of people not being about to contact them. Also their website does not work. Try searching for a resort. You get nothing, even using many different search engines. This is a loser resort. Don't get involved with them.
