We purchased a home from Blue Mountain Realty, and I strongly suggest to any potential buyers that you avoid using Blue Mountain Realty. Our experience was that they were sleazy and unethical (check out the not-fake reviews on Yelp (all those one star reviews) and ask any real estate agent--Blue Mountain earned their bad reputation).
