This place is off the chart amazing my husband and I needed a few days to rest after traveling across country coming home . Called and ended up getting a room for 2 nights. Sarah fixed an incredible breakfast we stayed on the property all day reading ,resting and feeling peaceful. That night we ate dinner there . The only thing I regret is not being able to give more than 5 stars on the review! What a fantastic place. Wonderful people, great food, and an atmosphere second to none! This b&b is maybe 5 minutes from the main thoroughfare in Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg, but you would never know it sitting and relaxing on the front porch. The perfect combination of relaxation and convenience.

Loved my stay. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff are amazing. I didn't want to leave and can't wait until I can go back.
I fell so in love with this place I almost want to keep it a secret! We stayed in a cabin for our honeymoon and it was perfect! The atmosphere is so romantic and the hosts are more than welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back and staying in the main house.
My husband and I have spent several weekends in the Inn and cottages and always have a wonderful time in such special accommodations. The breakfasts are delicious and the desserts in the evening are decedent. The Ball family does everything possible to make every visit special. We will be returning, Lord willing!

Wonderful stay! Owners, staff and guest are friendly, welcoming, and make you feel at home! Breakfast and desserts were very good. Will definitely stay again!
