I came here with extreme pain. The ER team were caring, attentive, and very kind to me and my partner. At first it looked like a regular infection, but they didn’t discharge me and made sure to run all the necessary tests to confirm that I was safe. In the end, it turned out that I needed surgery the same day. I was a little shocked to hear that I needed surgery, but the team was very understanding. The emergency room care services was beyond poor on February 24, 2020. The emergency room personnel needs customer/patient service training, appropriate and respectful communication skills training and above not to be verbally combative. Please adhere to your mission statement on patient care.
