BMHC is student supported. I love that they’re at a stage where they’re willing to try different types of treatment because they’re learning about it in school. All the counselors are eager to help and they have bachelor’s students that help connect to resources in the community.
Donna was my Dr, after doing paperwork to further prove my diagnosis she failed to be a good doctor and refill my scripts I've been on 10 years. She tried accusing me of being a drug head even though I have records proving 100% different, she was cold and didn't listen nor emphasize with me and my disorders. She didn't even look thru the questions to view my answers for further proof of diagnosis or my newer issues due to anxiety getting worse. Shes the 2nd worst doctor I've seen in many years. Blue Mountain Health Cooperative has been a great addition for the Walla Walla community. This agency provides a short term counseling option as well as allows clients to be connected with long term services through health navigation services if needed. BMHC has opened a lot of new educational opportunities as well as provided support for the staff, student clinicians, and behavioral health navigators.
BMHC is a great option in the Walla Walla community for immediate short-term counseling and connecting people with resources and services they might need. My educational experience and training here as a clinical MSW student has been wonderful. Alayna and her team focus on building on and developing people's strengths.
