So disappointed with this company! I asked if they would be delivered on Valentines day (today) was told yes and they were but at 8pm to the nieghbors with no call to the person recieving them or myself to inform anyone how late they would arrive. Needless to say spoiled the surprise and main reason they were being sent today and dont at all feel that for what i paid this service and arrangement was even worth it! Order flowers for friend, and they made up a nice little tropical garden. But when delivering it last week in cold snap he walked around with it uncover and it began to die next day. When friend complained he made a other(not aas nice) and to her whats the big deal as it wasn't that expensive. Like really??? Don't waste your money ey with such poor customer service!

A totally wonderful experience...I ordered only (1) Red Rose to be delivered (same day) to a Blue Mountain address, (my daughter for Valentines Day) & it was a pleasure to place the order...it was reasonably priced & with a moderate delivery charge...I can highly recommend blue Mountain Flowers based on by experience..5 * Thank you so much...
