This year was the first time taking a deer to a processor and had I known that you don't process the whole deer, I would of done it myself. While I do appreciate what you did, I was a little disappointed finding out that you fail to process the rib meat. I feel that should be up to the customers being that it is their deer that is being processed. There are people that don't mind that part of the deer in with their burger. I won't be dropping off my deer in the future and will be doing it myself.

Dropoff was easy enough and I was looking forward to finding a new processor since my old one wasn't skinning anymore. Got everything ground except the lions to keep things simple. Took about a week to get a call that it was ready and the meat was packaged nicely and every package was very close to 1lb. HOWEVER, I only got back 21lbs of ground meat from a big doe!
