I really hoped the will resolve our dispute so I don't have to write this review. They issued a refund after we had been calling for a month and the check bounced. The flowers were delivered late at night - how is that supposed to be fun, if your delivery services wakes up the recipient at 10 pm at night? I ordered three days ahead, but they apparently don't have a clue how to prioritize orders.
I was in town from Illinois..needed some thank you flowers.by the time I hung up and got back to my relatives, the flowers , chocolate,balloon and plush were already delivered. I have never had such wonderful and pleasant service.... Went above and beyond to make sure flowers got there before person left work. And I ordered so last minute!!!!! If you ever need anything, I would definitely call blue mountain blooms.... Thank you!!!!! Elaine
