If you want an honest, straight-forward, polite, friendly, trustworthy, reasonably priced AC repairman, Blue Mountain AC and Sanjay should be your first choice. First of all, when I described the issue to Sanjay, he was willing to walk me through some checks over the phone at no extra charge. We must have been on the phone for about 15 or 20 minutes and he patiently walked through some steps I could check to see why my AC wasn't working correctly.
