I never knew how improved my life would become after deciding to talk to a professional. Vanessa has been the grounding support that has helped me navigate challenging changes in my life. Without her perspective I am sure my life would not be as rewarding as it currently is. I will be forever grateful and thankful.
I have gone to a lot of therapy and have also worked in the mental health field. I'm really happy with this. I will say you have to be proactive in getting a therapist. I waited about 10 days after I did all the paper work and then contacted them to see why I had not be assigned a therapist yet. They have to find one that is licensed in your state. All she did was utter stupidity like “I am just a sounding board “. HEY, if I want a sounding board, I will talk to my cat or dead mother. I hate those who ask stupid questions and that’s all our two sessions were. First person assigned to me was a tardy constantly. This clinic sucks
Not only do we have the most supportive and caring therapist, Karen (Florida), but have also been working remote through staffing in Illinois to fax notes for my husband's inpatient care and Eve (Illinois) has been diligently sending/resending info for a week while demonstrating patience and kindness. My husband and I highly recommend Blue Moon Counseling Service as represented by these two very professional and caring people.
My father feels comfortable and respected in every session. What a relief knowing he's in good hands!
