When I moved to Tuscaloosa 4 years ago, I was in need of a place to move. When Blue Moon showed me properties, they were prompt and fast with communication before meeting. When I moved into my townhome, I could tell they take pride in their properties and who they rent too. I have had nothing but positive experiences and they have been kind to me. Thank you for the best townhouse and experience!
Wonderful properties and easy to walk downtown. Very safe. Lived there for 3 years during Law School and easy 10 minute drive to campus but far enough away that you don't have the crowdedness of students. Landlords were so easy to work with. If I ever had a problem almost always got fixed in a day! Could not reccomend enough!
My wife and I had the pleasure of renting a two-bedroom apartment from Blue Moon Properties at their 2418 13th St. complex in Northport. The apartment was great. Spacious. Clean. And friendly and quiet neighbors. The location is excellent as well. It’s just a ten-minute walk to downtown Northport and a ten-minute drive to UA’s campus. I had the pleasure of living in Blue Moon’s “Wrens Nest” for eight wonderful years, and I cannot speak highly enough about both the property and my experience with Nikki as my landlord. Lived here for 3 years and loved it. Maintenance was always prompt and my unit had beautiful character with hardwood floors. Perfect location within walking distance of downtown Northport!
