I had a problem with the A/C on a new Forest River travel trailer. The dealer couldn't get me in for 3 months (it WAS peak season). I called Dometic and they said to call Blue Moon. Blue Moon got me in the door in 3 weeks. Brought the trailer in at 8:30, and by 11am they called and said it was ready. They also found a problem with the ducting and fixed it. The worst customer service ever. Would rather deal with the cable company or the IRS. Took 8+ weeks, 5 trips, and over $600 to repair or RV refrig. In the end they replaced every computer board. Horrible about returning calls or letting you know what is going on. Run the other direction of you are considering using Bluemoon RV to service your RV.
