Convenient, but not the best My family lives very close to this restaurant, so when we're in the mood for Mexican food we often come here. Though the food and service are nothing worthy of complaining about, I would not go out of my way to recommend this restaurant to others either. No thanks. I have been to this place several times (it's convenient to where I live) and have never been pleased with their food or service. There are always six or seven teenaged hostesses standing around, doing very little. This is not actually a criticism, it's more of a confused observation. What disappoints me is, after living in Los Angeles for seven years and actually tasting fine Mexican cuisine, the food at Blue Moon is tolerable at best. Mexican? Hardly. Best Margaritas ! – I love this neighborhood stand by. The margaritas are great and the service is always friendly. My favorite is the Fiesta Salad. I have been here several times and get take out frequently.
No thanks. I have been to this place several times (it's convenient to where I live) and have never been pleased with their food or service.
Pass on this place – I have dined here a few times, was always pleasant. Ordered takeout for a small party the food was slopped together. So you could not tell what any dish was. Basically it was thrown in the trash. So take out is a no, stopped back in for lunch the following week, found the staff to be aloof, and bothered that we were dining there. Food is average at best, much better value for you money is available. Two thumbs down
