Blue Moon Always a Winner I have been shopping at Blue Moon for about 1 year now. I love jewelry, so to find a shop owner who is so patient and interested in my personal taste and style is refreshing to say the least. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to find jewelry that is not "the norm".

Blue Moon Jewelry and Gifts Store I went to several jewelry stores before I found a store that carried charm bracelets in the metroplex. This store had many, many charms to choose from and the owner was very patient, kind and helpful. I made a mistake on one charm and went back to ask them to exchange it and they did very kindly. Poor customer service & no refunds Purchased an opal set as a gift and iunfortunately Blue Moon would not offer a refund. The store credit their manager, Eric issued was for another store in a different City. He was rude and biligerent when questioning his policy. Furthermore, there was not a sign posted as to the refund policy and they did explain the policy when making the purchase. Very disappointing.

I LOVE THIS STORE. WONDERFUL SELECTION! The owner of this store is an amazing person. I am a regular here and she is unbelievably patient with me everytime I shop here. I have turned on dozens of my friends to this store and they all are in love with it. The prices here are incredibly low as well, about half the price of jewelry from James Avery.
