This company and the people they send to collect their so called “debts” even though I have already cancelled my membership in September of 2024 and they continued to try and charge my card so these people are SCAMMERS and all they want is your money and have no morals, if you guys continue to try and collect a fake debt then I will persue charges with both you and the debt company
Phones don't work. No communication. Keep charging after canceled. Antiquated equipment. No customer service. No tour. Lazy staff. Not 24hrs. No response in email twice. Not impressed.
Good gym. Plenty of equipment and curious staff. Just missing a sauna….
Highly recommend not doing any credit card payment here. Tried for months to cancel and got the run around.. no manager available, finally talked with someone who said they’d cancel but cc was still getting charged. My cc put a stop on payments but then months later they sent me to collections and they also canceled my membership. They didn’t ever call or mail trying to resolve this issue and talk with me about it. Gyms are so much a joke with cancellation but this is the worse experience ever. Don’t recommend
Don’t join this gym they just want your money find any way to charge you more like late fees even tho it’s there system that be not charging on time so you have to pay the fees cancellation was a struggle still gotta pay a month like what the why can’t I just cancel just don’t join this gym find another one
