Can't ever cancel a membership right and no manager there to fix it ever.
In case you were curious if the music here is any better than the north omaha one, it isn’t. Nothing quite like getting a workout in the sounds of Rick Astley at 615AM. Please, management, fix the darn music. It’s horrible. 3 stars because it’s a good gym otherwise. Music is bad enough to knock it down from 5.
This company and the people they send to collect their so called “debts” even though I have already cancelled my membership in September of 2024 and they continued to try and charge my card so these people are SCAMMERS and all they want is your money and have no morals, if you guys continue to try and collect a fake debt then I will persue charges with both you and the debt company
Phones don't work. No communication. Keep charging after canceled. Antiquated equipment. No customer service. No tour. Lazy staff. Not 24hrs. No response in email twice. Not impressed.
Good gym. Plenty of equipment and curious staff. Just missing a sauna….
