Fantastic company to go through for a short day trip. Scooter was amazing to work with. We had originally scheduled for July 5 but the water was too high and fast. We rescheduled for the next week and the water was too low. This was of course no fault to the company. We rescheduled for today at last minute and were told we would be taken care of. This is an awesome place run by really down to earth people. Went in a canoe of four people (two were little kids) and a dog and it was a blast! I'll definitely be coming back! Quite scenic and even got some rapids. Very good place if want to practice canoeing or just want something different from a busy lake. No matter you're skill level it's something everyone can enjoy.
First time ever in a kayak and I had an amazing time! Wonderful staff, great equipment and a great time on the water with some great friends! We will definitely book many future trips!
wonderful day on the waters! took my 5 year old son and my 2 nieces! great easy paddle for us! had excellent customer service. everyone was smiling and friendly. will deff be doing this again
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL customer service. We arrived at our scheduled time after calling to confirm our reservation 3 times. When we arrived they proceeded to tell us they had a shortage of boats and that the only two boats they had left were a tandem and a solo (which worked great for our party since we brought 4 of our own boats & only needed 3 more seats). Unfortunately we did not have the boats when you walked up due to our transport truck that was bringing boats back was in an accident by no fault of his own, we told you the situation and you chose not to wait. If you want to come back we would be happy to offer you free rentals for your trouble.
Had such a blast Fathers day out on the water, even with the storm that showed up early! we will definitely be booking again soon, the crew there is attentive and friendly!
We’ve used Blue Moon for rentals and their shuttle service since we’ve purchased our own kayaks. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. They always entertain all of my qwirky questions. They genuinely want you to enjoy your adventure and broaden your knowledge base. They rock!!!
