Wayne from Blue Monkey Plumbing was fantastic! He arrived right on time, was efficient, pleasant, and clearly very capable. He quickly diagnosed and fixed our plumbing issue. What really impressed me was that he came back later the same day to help me with another problem I had accidentally caused—and he did it just because he "wants to make sure the customer is happy." Although the work was done perfectly. The initial assessment looked alot harder. The quote was based on the initial assessment so was a little high. Since the work needed to be done soon, I was pressured to go ahead with the quote. The work ended being easier than the initial assessment and was completed in less than 2 hrs. The quote should have been adjusted based on the end result, however I was still charged the full amount. I felt cheated.

Wayne was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. The entire job was done within the hour promised, and I'm very happy with the outcome. I have already recommended him to other members of my family, and will alert all the neighbours that he is close, efficient and affordable. USE BLUE MONKEY PLUMBING!
