Stopped by to get something for lunch. I stood at the “please wait to be seated stand” at the outdoor seating area for a few minutes and witnessed probably 8-10 employees walking around inside - a couple of them gestured towards me while talking to other employees. Eventually someone who looked like a manager or host said I could sit down anywhere, which I did. I waited for about 15 minutes for a server to come take my order and none did so I decided to get up and leave.
