We got pork ribs from blue max for dinner tonight and they were honesty the best I have ever had. So much meat and we used the Big Time seasoning they sell in the shop. Also, the precautions they took to maintain social distancing were impressive. Thanks team!!

Best butcher we have visited. Friendly staff, big lobby and great variety of meats. We love the frozen marrow bones for our Doberman and the Trail Mix for us.
