Paid for $10 wash and $3 tire shine. Pulled in as always and watched the spot free rinse cycle about 25 feet out in front of my truck... and that was it. I spent $13 to watch a rise cycle... the wash never came on. I sat there a few minutes not knowing whether to drive out or not... I didn’t want it to start working as I was leaving... but all the stuff just shut down. I called several times the number on my receipt. Still no call back. 1st car wash is not working, just spent $12 for nothing. Tried contacting the number on the FB page but goes straight to voicemail.
Left a sticky substance all over my truck that took me forever to get off. The support number however called me back and professionally took car of the issue. Great place
