RecommendedPost Theresa Laquiere 2:49pm Aug 18 My husband & I just had lunch at Blue Margarita. Julian is a great bartender. The food was absolutely delicious. The new place is very spacious and the decor is fabulous.
We waited 15 minutes after we sat down for someone to talk to us. After we finally ordered, an hour went by and no food. When we asked, they could not give us a possible time it would come. When we left, they still charged us for our pop.
The service was terrible. Our daughters food which was a quesadilla came out 15 minutes after everyone else’s food and then came out incorrectly. Also we ordered pineapple juice and one was fine the other tasted and looked watered down. We were told they were out of it so obviously they tried to sell us watered down juice instead of telling us they ran out before trying to serve it. We were overcharged. The food was bland and not hot. Very disappointed. The waitress never asked us if we needed refills or check on us.
the food is not that great for the price
I ate at The Blue Margarita last Friday, after vowing to never go back. I decided to go with a group of people and give the new location a try. It was not busy, yet the service was about as bad as it can get. I had to go to the bar to get my own refill as our waitress barely came to check on us. The chips were stale, my order was wrong and the food was inedible. I felt ripped off that I even paid for that slop. I didn’t eat it because it was so bad. I’ll never go there again. I honestly can’t see how this place stays open.
Horrible, dirty place! Dirty cups! The waitress was rude and spaced out. We have given this place a couple tries and always are disappointed in our dining experience.
RecommendedGreat new location, only improvements needed would be less tables/chairs on the patio. it was pretty crowded! Food and service was great!
