This business goes way over board to help and satisfy the customer! I have never seen anyone so willing to make something right, even when they were not at fault. Bought the powerpro massage gun two months ago, which we love and use constantly, when suddenly it quit working. It appears to have been a battery failure. Not only did they go out of their way to meet us with a replacement, they gave us a an entire new unit. I have purchased 3 different items from Medi-Vibe. I am very satisfied with the quality and service they provide. I recently purchased the new pro-series foot massager and it is my new favorite toy! I have only had it for 4 days now and my feet and legs already feel the difference. It has helped me sleep longer without having fidgety legs in the middle of the night. I keep it by my bed before going to sleep.
