We know that balance is essential and never taking time for yourself results in stress and burnout. Continuing education allows us to grow while building confidence in ourselves that flows into our studio gym and into the lives of our clients. I have been a student of Heidi for about a year. She has the most positive energy and she is the best spin cycle instructor I have had in my many years of taking classes. This gym is clean and small and friendly. Heidi pushes me every class and I love it.
