So my roof was a complete disaster. Leaking and shingles coming off. Jarin came out to take a look promptly. My insurance company only approved a repair of the roof. But the shingles were in such bad shape that the repair wouldn’t hold due to the condition of the roof. Jarin/ Andy knew that was the case. Great experience with Andy and his staff. Andy helped us understand the issues with our current roof, the options for repair/replacement, etc. and worked with us throughout the process. He even helped us understand the insurance claim process. We're very happy with our new architectural shingles and recommend Blue Line for your roofing needs.
Jarin, Andy and their staff have been great! I made initial contact with Jarin for a roof inspection prior to the purchase of our new home. They were able to quickly come out for the inspection and gave us a honest, professional opinion. We ended up needing our roof replaced, as we anticipated. Sadly, the color of the previous 3-tab shingles were no long being made (guessing due to COVID) and Jarin worked with me to find an alternate color that our HOA approved.
