Landlords won't respond to emails, broken things in the house, or general questions for weeks-months. We have told them about issues and they have failed to respond or fix them. But instead work on getting an automatic garage door right away.
Ac broke for 2 months. Told us they didn’t have to fix it legally but there are laws in Idaho that specifically state that a house rented and stated to have ac and heating has to have upkeep once we brought the laws to their attention and threatened legal action they fixed it next day. Don’t rent from them
