I booked a 90 minute sports massage and Mary Lou did a great job catering to what I was looking for and making great suggestions on what techniques to use to help alleviate the issues I was having. I plan on booking more in the future.

90 minutes of incredible bliss and healing from Marylou, an extremely talented and focused therapist. No surprises as she walked me verbally through the work. Comfortable atmosphere with amazing hydraulic table adjusted as needed for each body part. Unreal massage from an awesome hard working person. Thank you Marylou!
Thank you, Mary Lou!! I’ve had chronic hip pain and Mary Lou was able to release the tension in muscles I didn’t even know existed. She was incredibly attentive to my needs and checked in regarding pressure levels often. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. She also showed me some stretches that I could do to alleviate any tension in my hips when it sparks up. Great overall experience!!!
Had a wonderful experience with Mary Lou! Attentive to my needs during my entire hour making sure I was comfortable with the atmosphere, music, temperature etc. Her explanations along the way (this was my first visit) on why she was doing a particular technique were great. Very informative. I will definitely be going back and will pass her info to my friends and family as well! I feel great after just an hour can’t wait to go back!
