The owners of this mobile home community doesn't care about anyone but themselves. They won't do the NECESSARY repairs. Broken underpinning, broken central air units, messed up doors inside and outside of the mobile homes, weak porches, faulty wall sockets etc
The park manager is doing his best, but the owners only want the bare minimum done. There are central air units that don't work making the homes potential to catch on fire. The owners don't realize that would end up being a lawsuit. The owners live in another state and don't even know what they own other than a mobile home park. The mailboxes need to be replaced. There are a lot of issues the manager should be able to take care of that the owners don't care about
